Yes. We come out, get on the roof when it is safe to, take photos, and tell you what we find. You get a written estimate. If you go with somebody else, you owe us nothing.

Call us. Put a bucket under it and move anything that can get ruined. If we can get a tarp on it before the next storm, that keeps the damage from spreading while we sort out the real repair. Fast response, but call first.

Sometimes. Insurers generally cover sudden damage from wind or a falling limb, and generally do not cover a roof that simply wore out. We photograph what we find so you have something to hand your adjuster. We do not decide the claim.

Yes. Our New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor license is 13VH13268400, and you can look it up with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. We carry insurance and can send the certificate before work starts.

Most roof replacements run one or two days once we start, weather permitting. Steeper or bigger roofs take longer. Chimney and siding work runs on its own schedule. The expected number of days is in your written estimate.

Sometimes. If the whole job is not in the budget right now, we will tell you what has to be done to stop the damage and what can wait a season. Not every roof needs everything at once.
