Optional Google Analytics

The Google tag is present on each page with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before you make a choice, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. Modern Home uses this generalized information to understand website activity without permitting analytics or advertising cookies.

If you allow analytics cookies, analytics storage is granted and the website can better measure page views, referral source, approximate location, browser and device information, phone-link clicks, email-link clicks and estimate-intake starts. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain denied. The website is not configured to send your name, phone number, project address or selected photo files to Google Analytics.

If you continue without cookies, analytics and advertising storage remain denied while limited cookieless measurement signals may continue. Your choice is saved on this device so the banner does not appear on every visit.

Estimate requests and project addresses

When you press Submit, the website stores the information you provide in Modern Home's private lead inbox. This may include your name, phone number, optional email address, requested service, complete project address, urgency, appointment preference and project description. Modern Home uses this information to review your request, contact you and administer the potential job.

Do not submit payment-card information, government identification numbers, insurance documents or other sensitive records through the estimate form. The current form does not accept photo uploads.

Storage, email alerts and deletion requests

Estimate information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records and protect the website from abuse. If automatic lead-email alerts are enabled, the submitted information may also be processed by the email-delivery provider solely to deliver the alert to Modern Home. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting Modern Home, subject to records that must reasonably be retained.

Choosing a separate email link opens your email application. Choosing a phone link starts a call through your device or carrier.

Google information and controls

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services on its business data and privacy page. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
