The installation scope identifies panels, starter strips, corner posts, J-channels and trim. Available profiles and colors are reviewed before ordering; an exact match to older siding is not always possible.
Openings and roofline connections
Window, door and roof-to-wall details are reviewed together with the specified flashing and weather-resistant layers. Any fascia, soffit or gutter work is listed separately in the scope.
Installation and cleanup
Vinyl panels are aligned and fastened according to the selected manufacturer's instructions, with the required room for movement. Included removal, debris handling and final cleanup are explained in writing.

Yes. Modern Home scopes vinyl siding installation with the required starter strips, corner posts, J-channels and trim. The selected product, removal, preparation and installation details are identified in the written proposal.
When should siding be replaced instead of repaired?+
Replacement may be worth considering when damage affects multiple areas, panels repeatedly come loose, a compatible repair material is unavailable or a broader exterior update is planned. The decision follows a review of your home's actual condition.
Are gutters, fascia and soffits included?+
Only when listed in your estimate. These details can connect to the siding work, but they are not automatically included. We can review the roofline and drainage concerns together so the scope is clear.
